Mood Swing performs Dustbowl era dance music; a melting pot of western swing, honky tonk, and vintage jazz with the rich tapestries of twin fiddles, archtop guitar and three part vocal harmonies. Driven by a passion for great lyrical melodies, the band covers diverse material from Bob Wills, Hank Williams, Billie Holiday, Fats Waller, and Django Reinhardt, as well as performing original music.

Gordon Roberts
Gordon is a walking encyclopedia for the 1930-60s music he loves. He comes into his charm by channeling great artists. He previously played with Swing Cheese, and Leon “Cowboy” Copass, a true country western sweetheart. He performs on Fiddle, Viola “Fidola” and Vocals.

Charletta Erb
Charletta loves harmonizing in voice and strings. When five years old, she asked to learn violin and entered classical training as well as old time fiddle group lessons. She performs on Fiddle, and Vocals.

Seth is an award winning guitarist, vocalist, and composer who’s right at home in Jazz, Blues, Old-Time and Bluegrass.

Bill’s pumping bass anchors various jams from Old-Time and Bluegrass to Swing Western and Django Swing. He has a gentle personality who keeps us fed with kindness.
